  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or washed curtains
  • Curtain rods or accessories that have been installed
  • Items with stains, odors, or pet hair

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:
